Narrative
The Ride Home
On the last day of high school, Lee tries to buy his best friend’s car before leaving town the next day.
For me this project was about reaching the end of a chapter of life and starting a new one. The film serves as a testament to the small area where I grew up, and the universal dilemma all young people face when they are fully confronted with the question: “What’s next?”
Awards
Dichrome
A young man who tries to close his eyes to the problems in his life encounters a person who can see things others can't.
Dichrome was a very formative project for me. It was scripted, shot, and edited in a span of three months at the end of the summer of 2019. It has had success at many film festivals and served as a great first introduction for myself to the world of independent filmmaking.
Awards
In the Name of the Ultra, the Bear, and the Holy Go
An exposé of the religion of humanity's most primal urge.
Made at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 for part of the Quarantine International Film Festival.
9 Sols to Intercept
A crew of astronauts are forced to choose between aborting their groundbreaking mission, or risking the life of one of their closest friends.
This project took over a year and a half to complete, and was a very important beginning for my friends and I of our love for independent filmmaking.
